祭り Festival

９月というのに東京は暑い。
しかしこの週末は、札幌が熱い。北海道のスター大泉洋さんを生んだ、とある北海道ローカルテレビ番組の「祭り」が催されている。
熱狂的なファンが全国にいる、この番組。北を離れた（一部の）北海道人にとっては、”心の支え”であると言っても過言ではない。
ああ、行きたかった・・・と肩を落としつつ、USTREAMのLIVE中継に釘付けである。
ところでこの季節、東京でも週末ともなれば色々な場所が例大祭や秋祭りが行われる。
お囃子が聞こえたり、町の大人達に囲まれ子供達が御神輿を担ぐ姿を見ると、大都会・東京も捨てたものじゃないなぁと思う。
うちの近所、目黒のさんま祭りはは明日、８日である。
お祭りを機会に、近所の人々とふれあうというのも良いものである。

When September begins, annual festival and autumn festival are held in various places in Japan.
You’ll see children are walking along to the festival music or they carrying of miniature shrines throughout the town.
“The Meguro Sanma Festival” is carried out in neighboring Meguro tomorrow.
I think it’s a good opportunity to interact with neighboring people.
And then speaking of festival… I wonder how many people knowing “How do you like Wednesday?” (local TV program in Hokkaido) in the world??
